Brazil was has some incredible coastlines to see. Great beaches with fun surf and crazy Favelaʻs on the hills. 
Congrats to John for winning his first World Tour event, and also the first event won by a Hawaiian since A.I.

Dee Why, Sydney ~ My last week in Australia was spent in Sydney. The fourth event of my World Tour campaign. The waves were exciting at Dee Why point for the first two days of competition. Itʻs an interesting wave off of a tiny area of reef, it actually is very fun. I saw myself match up against Steph in the Quarters again, but somehow managed to make it out on top. Then later that day I surfed myself into the final against Courtney. It was a wave starved 35 minute final, I didnʻt get many opportunities and got yet another runner up finish.
